Lisa B. Brenner, President, founded Bright Ideas in 1989. She established the firm to deliver smart and practical marketing strategies and glittering creative solutions for business-to-business clients.

Prior to founding the firm, Lisa served as Director of Marketing Services for the American Medical Association, where she managed a $6 million budget and staff of 15 full time employees in marketing planning, communications development and production for all of the association's products and services. Her prior positions included serving as Marketing Communications Manager at the American Hospital Association, Director of Communications for the International Business Council MidAmerica and advertising copywriter for Sears Roebuck & Company.

Lisa holds a bachelor's degree in communications from Northwestern University. She is a member of the American Marketing Association and the National Association of Women Business Owners. In 2005 and 2006, she served as Chair for the Lincoln Park Chamber of Commerce. Lisa is a frequent speaker on topics related to strategic marketing and branding.
